Tuesday & Thursday  5:45 - 6:45 p.m.

Saturday  9:30 - 10:30 a.m.

This program is like no other, although some see similarities to Yoga, Pilates and Ballet.

Once these techniques are mastered the average person can see a 6-10 inch loss in 10 hours of the program.

This program is neither gender or age specific.

Modifications and adjustments can and are made to meet each students needs.
