“Around the World” Presentation, Feb 23, 1:30 p.m.
Our very own Nancy McConnell will be presenting a slideshow presentation about her trip around the world. This presentation will take place on Thursday, February 23 at 1:30 p.m. All are invited!

Centre Stage Theatre Company Presents: Munschapaloosa – five of your favorite Munsch stories! Taking place at the Haysboro Community Center, 1204 – 89th Ave S.W. Rosebud Theatre, Anyone?
The seniors 50+ group is planning a trip to Rosebud Theatre on April 26, 2012. Cost is $70 per person for dinner, a play and transportation by coach. Haysboro Community Association Monthly Resident’s Meeting
Our next monthly meeting will be held on Wednesday, February 29, 7:30pm at the Hall. Everyone is welcome and topics that affect our community are discussed. It’s also a great way to meet your neighbors!
Haysboro Family Craft Time – Sunday, April 1, 2012
Haysboro is hosting a family craft time on Sunday, April 1st, 2012. All ages of children are welcome as long as an adult stays and participates with the child.
The family craft time includes three hours of paper crafting, card making and scrapbooking, and Paper Pastimes will provide a generous “buffet” of craft supplies.
Please bring scissors, double-stick adhesive tape/glue stick, play clothes and photos if desired. A short break with juice/coffee and a snack will be provided.
Fee to register is $10 per adult and $2 per child. To register, please call 403-255-8731 or in person at Paper Pastimes, 8419, Elbow Drive S.W.
Reporting Graffiti in Haysboro
Working together is very important in having graffiti removed quickly and preventing future “outbreaks”. Thanks to hard work of citizens and the police, a person responsible for recent infractions in our area has been identified.
If you notice graffiti on your property or on public property in your travels around Haysboro, please report it to two places as soon as possible:
FIRST STEP: 403-266-1234 or www.calgarypolice.ca – these are Calgary’s non-emergency police contacts. Graffiti calls are logged with the police and “taggers” can often be identified through prior incidents.
SECOND STEP: Please call 3-1-1 to report the graffiti for cleanup.
